ARF (Apogee Research Forum) is an independent, non-partisan, non-profit institution that works at this intersection and aims to improve the participation of all stakeholders in contributing to a better, more evolved public policy space.
Social and economic policy decisions of governments have an impact on citizens, industry sectors and other stakeholders. It is important to shape these policies with the right set of tools and inputs from across all sections of the society. The interaction between the state and public sphere needs to be robust and systematic for an effective implementation of such policies.

Our in-house experts and visiting independent researchers are encouraged to produce reports and articles that contribute to the scholarly literature on policy issues in India.
To enable a better understanding of policy issues, ARF also brings together experts and practitioners to make this information more accessible to the general public. Disseminating information on policies and legislations through various media platforms is a crucial way in which ARF informs and shapes policy discourse.

ARF has a strategy to forge partnerships with various government and non-government organizations including educational institutions to provide inputs on current and future policies & legislations.
Encourage public debate
ARF acts as a platform for stakeholders to come together to debate and discuss various policy issues including technology-based challenges and new age social problems. These conversations will not be limited to experts but involve young minds.
